Wednesday evening 7-8pm – pace and speed development focus
Friday evening 7-8pm – technique and endurance focus
Each training phase has specific technical components we are progressively working on and a combination of aerobic and threshold training to improve sustainable speed in the water.
Information about technical stroke improvement on the current phase of the program, training feedback and developing sustainable speed are provided at the sessions by the head coach and on our newsletter.
Fiona creates and oversees an annual plan which provides a periodised approach to your training, and ensures you’re always working on technical aspects to make you faster, more efficient and building confidence in your abilities!
